• This introductory 30 minute call is a Physical Therapy Consultation, a low-pressure conversation designed to determine if in-home care is the right fit for your needs without the commitment of a full evaluation.

• Current Routine "Tweaks": Discuss your existing exercises or daily movements and identify quick adjustments to improve posture, form, or comfort.

• Scheduling & Logistics: Review how flexible in-home sessions can fit into your life, including frequency and duration.

• Future Plan of Care Options: Discuss whether you need specialized support for chronic pain, post-surgery recovery, or general mobility and balance.

• Physical Assessment: A 60-minute deep dive into your body mechanics, strength, balance, and mobility.

• Pain Management: Clinical addressing of acute or chronic pain to identify root causes and potential interventions.

• Home Safety Inspection: A professional walkthrough to identify fall hazards like poor lighting or obstacles.

• Personalized Plan of Care: Collaborative goal-setting and a roadmap for treatment based on your specific desires and therapist recommendations.

• Pain Management: Clinical addressing of acute or chronic pain to identify root causes and potential interventions.

• Stretching & Exercises: Manual therapy provided by physical therapist as indicated. Guided exercises with professional cues to improve technique.

• Home Exercise Program: Provided by Physical Therapist as an individualized program to address physical issues of any kind. Programs can be listed exercises or functional tasks that improve functional movement.

During this 90 minute visit, I will perform a thorough physical therapy evaluation + discuss details of your upcoming trip. Whether you are traveling by car, bus, train, or plane, we can go over the concerns you may have about your ability to phyiscally participate.

We can discuss a plan of care for subsequent physical therapy revisits to work on the mobiliy demands that will be required of you on your trip, and to decrease fears of travel! YOU DESERVE TO BE THERE, AND YOU CAN!

I will also travel with you upon request and additional charges can be discussed in further detail at this visit. I can be there for as little as getting you in/out of a car, bus, train, or plane. Or I can travel with you for all parts of your adventure to make sure you are able to enjoy your time and not worry about your mobility concerns.
